TURTLE CAY RESORT, Virginia Beach – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice, and the location right across from the beach was fantastic. However, the rooms are in dire need of renovations. The use of the gym was a nice touch, but there were issues with hot water in the shower. The service was a bit of a letdown with rudeness towards my guest and the housekeeping staff entering the room without knocking. On a positive note, the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent and convenient, especially for beach access and events nearby, though the disturbance of a late-night fire alarm was quite unpleasant. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money considering its prime location, but improvements are needed in room upkeep and service quality.
